Dumbfounding Dudelange

Hello again! I have just landed in Dudelange, Luxembourg. I’ve been walking around all day, taking a look at some buildings.
There are some very interesting historical features here. For example, there is a gorgeous church in the middle of the city that really caught my eye. It was built in 1894 and was later restored in the 90s. It’s pretty large for a church, and can hold 2,190 people. This one church alone can almost hold everyone in my hometown! An artist did the interior paintings of the way of the cross. They are beautiful, and I was really impressed. There is one really interesting fact about the church. It is exactly as long as it is high. Both the height and length are 63.5 meters. I thought that was really cool. Anyway, this church really fascinated me and I enjoyed visiting it.
Another place of interest is the sports complex. If you like sports, you might like it here. There is a huge basketball and handball hall, and a half Olympic swimming pool. In the summer, there is open swim for the public, so if you’re in town you might want to come down to the pool.
Well, Dudelange is not very big, so there’s not much else to do. I think I will shorten my stay here and fly to Lithuania tomorrow. I hope there’s more to see there!
