Beautiful Bettembourg

                                                              
          Moien! That’s how you say hello in Lëtzebuergesch. I have just arrived in Bettembourg, and I am fascinated with all there is to see here. There is a really tremendous tourist attraction here called Parc Merveilleux. The slideshow below shows some pictures of the things you can do or see here. You can observe animals in their natural habitat, view exotic birds, ride a pony express or miniature train, kids can play on an adventure playground, and there are restaurants to eat at.

Parc Merveilleux costs 8 € for an adult, 4 € for a child, and there’s free entry if you have a Luxembourg Card.  It is open from March to October every year, and the park times are from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Here is a map on how to get there and the park's address.

I spent my whole day exploring Parc Merveilleux. It was very interesting and I enjoyed it greatly. It was kind of like an educational amusement park, but without all the rides. I learned a lot; about both Bettembourg and its wildlife. I am now checking in at my hotel. I will spend the next few days in Bettembourg, but

then I’m off to my next stop, Dudelange. I’d better get some rest if I want to have some energy for tomorrow’s adventures. Goodnight!
